Welcome!

At Alpha Delta Pi, we are a sisterhood of friends, a family of individuals, and a home away from home. We embrace every woman's uniqueness, we encourage and support each other's goals and dreams, and we value character above all else. Founded in 1851 at Wesleyan Female College in Macon, Georgia, Alpha Delta Pi was the first secret society for women.

Welcome to Eta Alpha!

On behalf of the Eta Alpha chapter of Alpha Delta Pi, I’m thrilled to welcome you to our official website! My name is Bridget Palmer, and I have the privilege of serving as the Vice President of Marketing. I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to share more about our amazing sisterhood with you!

Growing up in a small school, I often found it hard to build friendships that felt truly genuine. When I arrived at college in 2022, I was thrilled for a fresh start, but I also knew I needed to take my time. That’s why I chose not to rush my first semester as a freshman. While I met some wonderful people, I still felt like something was missing, and I hadn’t yet found my second home. By my sophomore year, I decided to give recruitment a try. The moment I walked into the ADPI room, I felt an undeniable connection. The women there were authentic, kind, and genuinely supported one another. It didn’t take long for me to realize this was where I was meant to be. Since joining, I’ve found more than just friends—I’ve found a family. ADPI has given me a sense of purpose, a space to be my true self, and the confidence to grow alongside women who inspire me every single day.

Sisterhood in a sorority is so much more than just friendship—it’s a bond built on shared values, unwavering support, and a commitment to growing together. Eta Alpha has truly become my home away from home, offering me a sisterhood of incredible women who lift each other up through both the joyful and challenging moments of life. Whether we’re celebrating achievements or supporting each other through tough times, this sisterhood has created deep, lasting connections and a true sense of belonging. I can confidently say that the love and support I’ve found at Eta Alpha will stay with me forever.

Eta Alpha has given me so much more than just sisterhood and belonging—it has shaped me in ways I never expected. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of growing, learning, and serving in several leadership roles. As a sophomore, I served as the Leadership Engagement Specialist and Archivist. Now, as a junior, I’m proud to serve on our Executive Board as the Vice President of Marketing. These experiences have meant the world to me, and I couldn’t have achieved them without the unwavering support, encouragement, and inspiration from my sisters.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about what Alpha Delta Pi has to offer! We hope you’ve gained a deeper understanding of what Eta Alpha means to us and why we’re so proud to call Alpha Delta Pi our home. We encourage you to keep exploring our website and discover even more about our sisterhood!

Loyally,

Bridget Palmer
